Skin Secrets is a skincare brand I co-founded in December 2025, built around effective pigmentation and brightening care for customers nationwide.
- Hired and manage a team of four across production, fulfilment and customer service
- Run manufacturing end to end: sourcing and vetting contract manufacturers, negotiating unit costs and MOQs, and overseeing production, packaging and quality control
- Built and run the Shopify storefront
- Lead marketing across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including paid campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Set pricing and bundle strategy, and handle inventory planning, logistics partners and customer service
